This collection brings together products, books and everyday essentials that have supported my wellbeing over the years. Nothing here is a cure-all, and nothing is included because it’s fashionable. If it’s here, it’s because I genuinely believe it’s worth its place.
Decompression Back Belt
An inflatable lumbar support belt designed to help relieve lower back discomfort by gently stretching and supporting the spine. Comfortable to wear at home when your back needs a little extra help.
Why it’s here: I’ve had sciatica in the past and still get the occasional flare-up. I don’t use this every day, but when my lower back starts complaining, I find it really helps to ease the tension and gives me some relief.
Shiatsu Neck Massager
A heated shiatsu neck and shoulder massager that helps ease tight muscles after a long day. Deep-kneading massage with optional heat, and easy to use while sitting on the sofa.
Why it’s here: I don’t use it every day, but when my neck and shoulders are really tight, this is the one thing I reach for. Fifteen minutes with this and I feel noticeably looser without leaving the house.
Lady Shaver
A compact electric shaver that’s gentle enough for your face as well as legs and underarms. Kind to sensitive skin, easy to use and the battery lasts surprisingly well between charges.
Why it’s here: I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought one for my granddaughter (aged 12) now she’s started shaving her legs. It’s gentle, simple to use and I only seem to charge it every now and then, which is one less thing to think about.
WOW Colour Security Shampoo & Conditioner
A lightweight shampoo and conditioner that leaves fine, ageing hair feeling clean, soft and full of movement without weighing it down.
Why it’s here: I’ve spent a small fortune on shampoos and conditioners over the years that promised the world and delivered very little. This is one of the few that genuinely lived up to the hype. I’ve been using it for around 18 months, keep buying it and wouldn’t want to be without it.
WOW Leave In Treatment
A lightweight daily leave-in treatment that helps strengthen fine, fragile hair without making it feel heavy. Just a few sprays before drying leave my hair feeling softer, smoother and easier to manage.
Why it’s here: I use this with the Color Wow shampoo and conditioner, so for me they’re really a three-step routine. It adds a bit of extra strength and softness without making my fine hair feel coated or heavy.
Eveline Magic Skin CC Cream
A lightweight CC cream with hyaluronic acid that helps reduce the appearance of redness while giving skin a natural, healthy glow. Moisturising, easy to apply and surprisingly affordable at under £10.
Why it’s here: This is one of those rare products that’s genuinely good without the luxury price tag. It takes less than a minute to apply, evens out the redness in my skin and gives me a subtle sun-kissed look. I’ve tried products costing far more that haven’t looked half as good.
Team RH
A straightforward fitness app with food tracking, habit support and an excellent GLP-1 programme. It focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, alongside a range of quality supplements and everyday fitness products.
Why it’s here: I use Team RH myself and continue to do so. The app is easy to navigate, the tracking is excellent and the GLP-1 programme has been genuinely useful. It cuts through a lot of the noise around weight loss and focuses on practical habits that are realistic to maintain as is the monthly cost of £7.99
SheMed
A UK online healthcare service specialising in women’s health, weight management and GLP-1 treatment. SheMed provides personalised treatment plans, ongoing clinical support and convenient at-home blood testing. Helping to build a clearer picture of your health alongside treatment.
Why it’s here: What really sets SheMed apart from others for me is the inclusion of comprehensive at-home blood tests, something I haven’t seen with the other providers I’ve looked at. It makes the care feel far more personalised and focused on your overall health, not just your prescription.
Pharmacy2U
An online NHS prescription delivery service that lets you order and manage repeat prescriptions, with free home delivery. It also has an online pharmacy for everyday healthcare products, making it easy to keep everything in one place.
Why it’s here: I’ve been using Pharmacy2U for years and it’s been consistently reliable. Repeat prescriptions are simple to order, they’re delivered straight to my door a few days later, and I’ve never had to think twice about the service. Having an online pharmacy for those extra bits you need from time to time is an added bonus.
